Borsinda Excavator Parts Mall is committed to providing high-quality excavator parts products to global customers. If you need to return goods for specific reasons, please strictly follow the following return regulations:
Applicable Scope of Return:This return policy only applies to new excavator parts purchased through official channels of Borsinda Excavator Parts Mall (including online platforms such as the official website). For special items like used parts and dismantled parts, their return policy will be separately described on the product detail page. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
Acceptable Reasons for Return:
  • Incorrect Item Shipped: The accessory you received does not match your order information, including but not limited to incorrect model, specifications, brand, etc. Please check the product information immediately after receiving the goods.
  • Product Quality Issue: The accessory you received has non-man-made manufacturing defects, which are confirmed by technicians of Borsinda Excavator Parts Mall or authoritative third-party inspection institutions (a legally effective inspection report is required). Quality issues include but are not limited to: non-man-made cracks, deformations, functional failures, oil or water leakage, and other quality issues that affect normal use.
  • Shipping Damage: The product is severely damaged during international transportation, resulting in the loss of the main function of the accessory or inability to install and use it normally (the goods must be inspected on the spot when signing for receipt, and the damage situation must be noted on the signing receipt, and an effective damage certificate issued by the carrier logistics company must be provided). For shipping damage claims raised after signing for receipt, if valid vouchers cannot be provided, Borsinda Excavator Parts Mall has the right to refuse to take responsibility.
Unacceptable Reasons for Return:
  • Buyer's Subjective Reasons: Including but not limited to "Ordered Wrong Model for My Excavator," "Incorrect Part Size," "No Longer Needed," "Don't Like It," "Color or Appearance Not as Expected," and other reasons not related to product quality issues. Excavator parts are highly specialized products with complex models and high compatibility requirements. Please carefully check the part model, specifications, compatible machine models, and other key information before placing an order, and ensure that you have the corresponding installation and debugging capabilities. If you have any questions, please consult the customer service or technicians of Borsinda Excavator Parts Mall in a timely manner before placing an order. Returns caused by the buyer's failure to exercise due diligence in checking will not be accepted by Borsinda Excavator Parts Mall.
  • Exceeding Return Period: The return application must be submitted through the official channels of Borsinda Excavator Parts Mall within 7 days (calculated from the midnight of the day after the logistics signing, 168 hours is considered as 7 days) after receiving the goods and the return process must be started. Returns exceeding the return period (7 days) will not be accepted. The time of the return application is based on the time you submit the return application online on the official platform of Borsinda Excavator Parts Mall.
  • Man-made Damage or Misuse: Damage or failure of accessories caused by improper installation, incorrect operation, failure to follow instructions, overload use, improper maintenance, unauthorized disassembly/modification, or external accidental factors (such as unstable voltage, foreign matter intrusion, natural disasters, etc.) are not within the scope of return.   • Used, Installed, or Affecting Resale: The returned accessories must be in a new and unused condition, with the original packaging intact, no installation marks, and no scratches, oil stains, dirt, damage, deformation, or other situations affecting resale on the surface of the accessories and packaging. The original factory packaging of the product (including but not limited to: packaging box, anti-counterfeiting label, internal cushioning material, desiccant, accessory list, certificate of conformity, instruction manual, etc.) must be complete and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, the return will not be processed. In special cases, if a return is required due to a quality issue, the buyer must provide sufficient and convincing evidence to prove that the product quality issue was not caused by human factors. Borsinda Excavator Parts Mall reserves the right of final determination.
  • Wear and Tear Parts: Wear and tear parts and consumables in excavator parts (such as various filters, engine belts, hydraulic Oil seals, O-rings, seals, light bulbs, wiper blades, glass, rubber tracks, bucket teeth, etc.) are special items and do not apply to the no-reason return policy. Returns are only accepted in cases where quality issues or shipping damage are found upon signing for receipt, and after verification. No returns will be accepted in other situations.   • Customized or Specially Ordered Parts: Parts that are custom-made or specially ordered according to the customer's special requirements are not returnable due to their special nature. Once the order is placed for production or procurement, returns will not be accepted unless there is a quality issue. Please place your orders with caution. Customized or specially ordered parts will be clearly marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Customized Item, No Returns or Exchanges" on the product detail page or in your sales contract.
Condition Requirements for Returned Items:

The RMA code is the only voucher for your return, so please keep it safely. Refund Method:The refund will be made through your original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card account; if you paid with PayPal, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account.
